We can eat our way to a flourishing future!

Current agricultural practises are part of many global problems but agriculture can also be part of the solution to many global problems.

Thank you John Ehrenfeld for your revised definition of sustainability: “Sustainability is the possibility that human and other life will flourish on this planet for ever.” Climate disruption is reversible and agriculture is the single largest and cost- effective tool to accomplish it using technology that already exists. We don’t need bio-engineers to create some magical plant or animal. (In my not so humble opinion, we would all see the solution a lot faster if all the bio-engineers stopped offering false hope.) We can start today. Some of us already have.
